Coated Fabrics
To enhance the performance and functionality of our fabrics, we offer coated options. These processes can be applied to both single-sheet and tubular fabrics, providing additional benefits such as:

- Improved barrier properties: Prevents the passage of moisture, gases, or Contaminants as well as having flame retardant or anti-static properties.
Webbing and Twine
PolyStar is excited to announce the upcoming expansion of our product line to include high- quality webbing and high-breaking-strain all-purpose twine.
We are currently in the process of sourcing state-of-the-art machinery for both webbing and twine manufacturing, enabling us to bring these new offerings to market.
While these products are not yet available, we anticipate launching them between April or May 2025.

PolyStar provides durable and reliable bulk bags in a variety of designs, catering to the unique requirements of numerous sectors. Our bulk bags are a popular choice in industries spanning from sugar and fertilizer to coal, copper, maize, fly ash/cement, mining, agriculture (seeds), and even the specialised need of explosives solutions.
We have the capability to manufacture a wide variety of bags, including:
- Double Loop, Single Lift (Bags available in 500kg or 1000 kg

- Filling Spout, Discharge Spouts
- Flap Top
- U Panel Type
- Tubular Omega with 3 Layer, 4 Layer and 5 Layer sewing available in 1000kg,1500kg, or 2000kg
- Baffle Bag / Square Bag available in 1000kg or 1500kg
- Sling Bags: A replacement to the wooden pallet should a client require
- C-Panel Bags: Used for special big sizes (1000kg, 1,500 kg or 2,000kg)
- Full Bottom Discharge: Commonly used in the cement industry and fertilizer industry for a quick unloading of the bag
